"The funding seemed to be a constant source of turmoil. Some of the managers were not good stewards of the public's money and they made poor uninformed decisions."

"Learn more about your vendor's business practices and know who the key players are in the industry."
"WSDOT provided an office environment that allowed for individuals who prefer working on their own and at a structured manner. Although the quality of work itself had not been extremely challenging, the key details and necessity of having to work as a group made the office space appealing."
