"If you interview at this company you better be part of the thick nepotism that exists there, If you want to get hired."

What don't you like about working at Washington Iron Works?

"The promise of a raise when you learn a new duty and the company does not follow up with you once you are established. They just see you as another body to fill the spot, but now you can save them more money by not getting what they promised you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management has a very poor attitude and in some cases violates the workers rights."
