"I have worked with Warwick for a year now. I worked with different PM had no problems and met deadlines for all of them. As for as a company they don’t treat Superintendents the best Job over your laid off benefits stop and your 401k stops and you start back up with them a month later you start over on your time with company and ur 401k starts over so you will never be invested So I am looking for more stabilization in my life"

"Very good company, who really tries to keep their customers happy. Very nice modern and well laid out offices. I really liked my supervisor and company management. Some of the PMs were not very good and seemed to blame estimating for their own problems."

"A good company that pays well, and weekly, with great benefits. I really liked Kevin their General Superintendent, he really seemed to look out for the guys in the field. The PMs are hit or miss, I did not like a couple who just seemed lazy to me."

"A great company, but found not all their Project Managers were qualified to run the projects. Never had an issue getting paid or getting the subs getting paid which means a lot to me. They have a general super who goes around checking up on us which I think is more than most GCs do."

"Financially rewarding, fair goals, and good systems. Nice offices and up to date equipment and software in other words you will get all the tools you need."

"I think it's a good place to work, but make sure you get put on the right team or you will struggle on the wrong team."

"Too much backstabbing by mid level managers and administrative staff."

"Hire better staff and fire the negative people, they are the reason I left."

"Retail clients are tough to deal with. So I didn't like the customers at all."

"Give a more structured objective and incentive program that works for all size projects."

"Bring strong retail construction experience and a will to succeed. Don't be set in your ways. You need to be able to adapt to the company's way of doing things."

"It feels like Big Brother is always watching. Everyone feels like they are one mistake away from being fired."

"Pay attention to how your employees feel. Treat hem like they are humans with a life instead of replaceable commodities."
