"I have now worked for WSP for 3 1/2 years. I have the best boss/friend in my entire years working. I accomplishments at WSP are unmeasurable. As I walked into a great company as their foot print in this industry, is spectacular. But, they truly had issues understanding the TS/IATF rules and regulations. I brought that to their company. The following item are what we achieved in this short time: 1). Enhanced their Corrective action reply timeline. 2). Enhanced their C/A structure to migrate to not only better structured 8D’s but the use and understanding of 3L5W’s. 3). Enhanced and overhauled the entire PPAP structure and understanding. 4). Launched company TRUE company KPI’s. 5). Launched internal LPA audited. 6). Launch real internal system audits. 7). Developed department KPI’s within the Quality department. 8). Launch Core Tool Training within the Quality department. 9). Enhanced to yearly training and teaching for all quality department employees. 10). Enhance Gauge calibrations with the use of GageTrak. 11). Implemented SPC with the use of SPC Express. 12). Created Customer Containment Workbook. 13). Created internal Containment Workbook, driving Rework/Sort activities. 14). Created Vendor Nonconformance program. 15). Put together Vendor Audit Program with the use of CQI-19 process. Just to name a few things about WSP. 2nd longest Quality Manager, as this is concerning. There is a systemic issue there and it’s not all the other Quality Managers."
