"The company prefers to hire contract employees. This leads to high turnover and constant training of new employees. Business strategy can be fractured at times."

"Build an environment to retain good employees, after 6 months of a contract position, retain the employee as a permanent employee so that the employee can see a future with the company and enhance the corporate culture."
