My only negative is the environment, on hot days i can be rather difficult to work in a large warehouse which can lead to dehydration and heat exhaustion."

"Run the other way! This company sounds good from the outside, but once you work you'll wish you'd thought twice before rushing into this job."

"Find a new job. You don't have a clue on how to run a warehouse."

"obviously tell the interviewing manager that you are a hard worker and fast paced oriented with great work ethics."

"The job load is not comprimised with a resonable paycheck."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"start listining to your employees, they have great suggestions that will make our job allot easier and more sufficient. we make management look good while they walk around with blinders on all day. I havent had a raise in a long time, for the length of my service... When the all of us warehouse is workin each and every holiday, it would be nice if you did too! we have families of our own that we rather be with just as you are on holidays"

"I liked making a production number and being physical and troubleshooting situations and driving the equipment."

"DON'T! Pay is great but you get health issues, along with being treated like a number and not a human being."
What don't you like about working at Walmart?
"Almost everything. The way they treat employees in general. If you get injured you become a liability to the company. They just don't treat associates that great and no way to grow."

"They aren't willing to listen or enhance their skills. They aren't hands on either."

"one co-worker friend. Spare time at work. speaking with some customers."

"turn back now before its too late. danger will robinson danger."

"My boss is not a good people person. No chance for rising up the ladder. Bad blood. No future, to many mistakes have been made."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have a base pay for all employees according to there experience education and job skills. I would then add a production bonus the more they produce with fewest errors and high quality the more they would get payed. Excellent motivation."
