"Compassionate Operations Manager, and overall- Company. However, Very poor communication between management. Disorganized, and often find themselves crossing personal boundaries with employees. Not enough staffing- Managers also act as maintenance and groundskeepers. Unrealistic expectations due to inconsistent training and nonexistent procedure manuals. Scheduling is non flexible- you can take scheduled vacation time off only during the mid two weeks of any month. 2 consecutive days off once a month.
