"I enjoyed working with other administrators and staff. I enjoyed communicating with parents/guardians. I especially enjpyed communicating with the studens. Wakisha was a great place for me to continue to grow in the field of education."

"I would recommend that they request permission to visit the school in order to prepare some questions tehy may have--or to help them make an informed decision as to whether they might want at the school."

What don't you like about working at Wakisha Charter School?

"I was not fond of the long board meetings."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the operation of the school. They can do this by ensuring that all stakeholders participate in a shared vision of where the school is, where they want the school to be, and what resources, etc., they will need to get there."
