"Currently I'm working remotely for this employer, but just prior to my remote experience, I was actually on-site and working for them. I found that this position was really amazing in respect to the above-my-qualifications responsibilities given to me, but they were unable to provide adequate resources and technology (I have to work remotely from a $200 hp laptop) that could have helped me perform even better."

"The corporate culture can be mean and uncaring. For example, a personal crisis such as a death in the family, is of no import to demanding management who still expect results when they want them."

"Hire more people to meet increasing demands and expectations. Build in a few staffing redundancies in order to have backup when the unexpected happens."

"It is a very formal culture. They appreciate traditional values."

What don't you like about working at Wake Forest University?

"The culture was closed for advancement for employees who were not Wake Grads. There just didn't seem to be anywhere for me to grow and as long as I was doing a good job, no one was interested in helping me advance."

"If you don't cultivate talent and let it grow in the organization talent will leave."

"A wonderful lab for material science due to the professional coworkers and adequate equipment for experiment"
