"Family atmosphere until push comes to shove. They do not like older workers. They can hire someone younger and less schooled-not wise for less money and more respect to them. Every one even approaching 40 was shown the door"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Act sweet and nice. Being dumb as a stick horse helps. I really loved my job not the MD management. I gave them the very best honest data possible. Correlation Coefficients at 0.999 or better for vitamin values. No one in the industry could beat those values."

What don't you like about working at Wake Forest University?

"Gird your loins in research. These folks hit below the belt to get rid of top quality people that squeal on their inadequacies. What happens in research stays in research is their battle cry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Appreciate an honest opinion that will save you time and money down the road. Younger means less experience and more mistakes. Implementing new and more stringent Health and Safety Regulations are sometimes costly and time consuming. Sorry I did not finish those samples on time. I was the only one to achieve total safety on the floor."
