"I have worked for this firm for almost 2 years. The people who make up the support staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone gets along and can work together, the management team on the other hand is not supportive. Lots of micromanaging, not enough help or hours to complete tasks and no understanding from the corporate office to extend hours, additional help, or overtime. Their response to COVID was mediocre, they told us to just wash our hands, use a blow drier to ***kill*** the virus and that’s about it."
