"I can only speak from my experience, it seems as though they lure you in with big dreams and how far you can go in the company, and they keep you under their thumbs, and afraid to ask, do, or say anything contrary to the way they believe."

What don't you like about working at Wachovia?

"Their lack of compassion. I injured my knee, there was a technicality in the paperwork and I was terminated, even though I had a doctor's note not to work"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be so quick to judge, and make rash decisions. They are people working for you not just numbers."
