"Wabtec is a great starter job, however don't expect a wide variety of career paths. The company does not exert any effort to move your career along in any meaningful way. Your compensation does not increase with gained responsibilities, and you cannot expect to increase or expand roles within the company. Turnover in management is high, and it leads to a constant state of changing direction."
