What do you like about working at W Hotels?
"The hotel is in a quiet island. To work in the hotel is similar to live in a park. I communicate with all of the foreign customers every day. I enjoy talking to the international customer. I may know a lot of different counties.I also feel successful at working there. One month after I worked in the hotel, the visiting rate of the hotel's website rose from 17 to 70."

What don't you like about working at W Hotels?
"It is a local company. I like working in a global company."

"Talk with the customers more to know their needs, thus to improve the services and to attract more customers."
