"The pay is decent for the campaign i'm in, the leadership is helpful, and the hours are prime."

"Stay focused and try to find a campaign that is newer or not relating to television services. Come to work every day, and try to stay away from the drama."
What don't you like about working at VXI Global Solutions?
"There is no paid time off offered at all- even after tenure is gained. Also, the benefits are way too expensive to be considered 'benefits'."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First and foremost, I would offer accumulated/earned paid time off. I would also add plants to the offices, because there are no windows."
