At this inbound call center, my duties were to collect information from customer, fix and problems/bugs in the account, and make sure the customer’s needs are all taken care of and is satisfied before the end of the call."

"Stay focused and try to find a campaign that is newer or not relating to television services. Come to work every day, and try to stay away from the drama."

What don't you like about working at VXI Global Solutions?

"There is no paid time off offered at all- even after tenure is gained. Also, the benefits are way too expensive to be considered 'benefits'."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First and foremost, I would offer accumulated/earned paid time off. I would also add plants to the offices, because there are no windows."
