What do you like about working at VSM Group?

"We were the distributor of the finest sewing machines and supported our dealer/customers and end users with great customer service and education. My supervisors and co-workers were motivated to provide the best products, service and customer service available. We were a great team where ideas, innovation and feedback was appreciated. Education was encouraged, seminars and training classes were made available and we participated in community services and charity drives."

What don't you like about working at VSM Group?

"VSM Sewing Inc. and its operations have been consolidated to LaVerne, Tennesse where Singer Sewing (a related company) has long had an operating facility and headquarters. This move was a response to the downturn of our company's economy and was a well thought out finanancially sound move for SVP Holdings, our managers."

"We former employees all would hope that in the future SVP will continue to hold the high standards of VSM Sewing Inc. High quality products, service, customer care, and employee training made VSM a successful company. We all worked very hard to make it so and keep it so while we were employed. Keeping to the values of VSM Sewing Inc. would promise that the Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, White and Singer Sewing machine brands remain at the top of the choice list of new and old customers."
