"I was awarded top sales producer making over $80k per month in the first 3 months working there. I was accused of doing something malicious because I was speaking Spanish to patients who didn't understand English, and I sold the product and closed the sale. The supervisor was never there and the Manager got this information from a co-worker who didn't even understand the language.
