"Management is inconsistent. No employee back up from HR Dept. No bonuses or collection incentives. No room for advancement under current Mgt. Favortism. Low morale. Atmosphere is not condusive to happy workers make productive workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Owners need to replace current management."
