"Mom and pop shop with little incentive to improve the front office. Scheduling is a mess... continually short staffed with an owner who thinks he is a network engineer. Job has billed as a 50/50 desktop support with the rest projects... not so... 90% desktop support with projects used as filler. Projects are moved around, no set schedules, difficult to plan and implement. Implementation usually done off hours, uncompensated. Mandatory scheduled weekend work uncompensated"
