"The environment was structured to answer to one single point of contact. Department Direct Reports intermingled job responsibilities with other Direct Reports rather than being allowed to perfect their own discipline and environment."

"I liked the great people and opportunities to show your skills. Advancement opportunities were very good when I first started, before the reorganization. I liked the opportunities for associates to work from home, creating a great work/life balance."
