"If you cannot strive in a chaotic environment, apply elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Continental Promotions Group?

"The lack of Company direction, established budgeting, and the inability of talented managers to do what they were capable of doing best each day. We really needed stronger leadership and was making great progress in developing such a team prior to bankruptcy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be very serious about the plan to emerge from bankruptcy stronger and more capable of delivering against customer commitments and demands."
