"IT is not in the forefront. It's considered SG&A and appears at times to not be a competitive advantage, although our IT group has proven it to be."

"I loved, and still support, Heifer's incredible mission to eliminate hunger and poverty throughout the world. I had the privilege of working with individuals and communities all over the world, which was truly a life-changing experience!"

"Be persistent and patient. It is very difficult to stand out from the crowd of applicants that respond to each and every job posting."
What don't you like about working at Heifer International?
"Any concerns I may have had working at Heifer would have been particular to individuals, not the organization. Dependency on the generosity of others is always a concern. I do not believe the current leadership reflects the values and principles upon which the organization was founded and that will ensure its future prosperity."

"Return to what Heifer is good at, focus on that mission, and don't abandon the values that have served Heifer so well for more than 60 years."
