"I enjoy making international contacts. It taps a part of your creative abilities that are not always needed in North American efforts.I always stayed in touch with technical advancements, so the need to think small and wear allot of hats was a nice change of pace."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Understand that working for any small startup comes with risks, including personal and financial ones. Also, any hiccups in the company culture are amplified by the small size. Get to know the leaders, as most organizations tend to take on the personality of the leaders."

"There was a lack of focus or ability to stay on task. There was always a new opportunity to pursue, which stretched finances and employees to the breaking point."

"Apply due diligence and rigid corporate governance."
