"Due diligence should have been done before merging with a company that was having financial issues"

"Business goals are not aligned from top to bottom. The company has a culture of risk aversion and finger-pointing on problems. Management team is not committed to being Excellent in their jobs."

"Management should have clear message and communicate excessively throughout the organization. It should instill a continuous improvement culture in the organziation, and creates credibility by walking the talk."

"I enjoy the people, but the overall growth prospects in our industry as a Tier 2 supplier are limited"

"None of any importance, but key to to continue to build variable expense structure"

"His or her hard work will be unappreciated and sometimes wasted by CEO's interference."

"The CEO is located abroad and is not hands on with the company's operations"

"The company is stressed financially, and can't really afford a lawyer, and doesn't have enough to keep busy."
