What do you like about working at Chemguard?

"Many different custom applications, Direct customer contact, challanging problems to solve, use of mechanical design, ASME vessels, pump application and design, power pipipng application, use of electric and diesel pump drives, creation of MFG procedures and quality procedures to meet ISO 9001-2010, general overall operation management and improvement of MFG through put."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Obtain specific detail of expectations. get in writting all salary and bonus options offered."

What don't you like about working at Chemguard?

"Micro managemment by boss, lack of recognition of efforts made by employees and myself. The company did not fullfill promise of employment agreement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not micromanage personnel, allow them to become involved and allow constructive input rather than direct all daily activities by management. Provide more training in all areas and share profits with employees who typically put in extra efforts."
