"Succeeding and growing the business $20 million. I also enjoyed the relationships I built with the Vendors, Employees and Customers."

What don't you like about working at Burke Engineering?

"The poor management skills that do not parallel my personal business ethics, the poor treatment of employees and the constant back stabing of the current stock holders by one another."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire an outside individual to run the business and become hands off. Take less out of the business for personal gain and understand that happy quality employees are more important than fancy cars, second homes and sports tickets."
