"A small community environment led to my decision to work there."

"Answer questions not via honesty, but rather what is going to work for the bank. Be yourself, but realize they will hire who they like and it is difficult to read what that is with many of the hiring officials in question."
What don't you like about working at Habersham Bank?
"The politics of management lead to unfair practices and those individuals care only for their own security rather than those of their subordinates. Be cautious in your actions and ever vigilant of the perception of those in power. You don't have to be in error on issues or policy to feel injustice by your supervisor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be less critical of your employees and realize that the hidden agendas of supervisors are more detrimental to your keeping employees that are very eager to perform and due not only what is asked of them, but go the extra mile for the banks benefit."
