"It is an excellent company, I would strongly suggest you pursue employment with AARP if interested."
What don't you like about working at AARP?
"The overall commute. I travel 2 hours each way and after 7 years, I would prefer something closer to my home."

"None at this time. AARP has a sound management team."

"Travel Policy is very restrictive. They make you stay at cheaper hotels etc."

"Invest in acquisitions to fuel growth. Invest in blobal offices"

"Make sure to thoroughly explore the company objectives and how management drives each organization to reach those objectives. Explore management commitment to establishing and maintaining a healthy corporate culture that is in line with your needs and expectations."
What don't you like about working at Callidus Software?
"Goals and objectives were not aligned across functional areas. This resulted in constant friction between all areas, especially in terms of sales and clients services. Very little attention and care was given to employee personal needs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Revisit incentives across functional areas to ensure all organizations are moving in the same direction and doing what is truly best for the company as a whole. Give priority attention to personal needs of employees as this will pay true dividends in the long run. Focus on business growth beyond a 3 month horizon."
