What do you like about working at Air Plus Travel?
"Air Plus was a freight forwarding company not a travel company. I started this with one other indivdual and we grew it into a multI million dollar orginization"

"The company was sold to Stonepath Logistics who in turn made several key mistakes after taking over and finnaly went into bankurpcy."
What don't you like about working at Air Plus Travel?
"As a start up company the hours were extenisve with not a great deal of time off until the 5th year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, we treated our empolyees as the way we wanted to be treated. Up front and honest with the proper training in order for them to the job they were hired for."

"Middle management was extremely strong and experienced."

"Corporate direction very poor. Lack of understanding of a long term acute care hospital. Significant financial issues. Poor corporate leadership"

"Re-assess financial strategies. Re-assess operations of Drake Center to coincide with long term acute care strategies. Evaluate senior leadership."
