"Voya is excellent place to work but our management is not clear on cloud adoption and investments. We are able to made some progress with few workloads. It is a towered organization that does not support agile nature of cloud. My position does not support me to make a considerable impact in the organization. I can sit here and retire without worries too much but this does not give me nice sleep in night."
