"If they promise you a bonus, get the exact details in writing before you accept a job offer. They rarely pay out the bonuses they promise people."
What don't you like about working at Vox Mobile?
"Poor mngmt decision making. Extremely poor planning. The two owners' leadership style is very difficult to deal with. Only negative feedback is given. Executive Leaders use foul language and yell at employees. Age and sex discrimination is pretty bad too."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The owners have no idea how much work they pile on people. They are truly clueless. Good luck trying to get them to see that."
