"Worked for several years for Votec both as a contractor and later as a full time employee. For the most part, enjoyed my time there and appreciated the work. For the majority of the time I was allowed to have the autonomy to do my job well. Management then changed and it went from a position with autonomy to one of micro-managed and time wasting silliness. It was a good run but I was glad to get away from what became a passive aggressive manager with limited people and management skills."
