What do you like about working at Von Hoffman Press?

"This was one of my very first jobs as a young adult. I started out working in the Press area. I gained a true understanding of how books are developed from head to start. I worked in quality check to make sure guidelines were being followed. After time I was transferred upto the office where I did Data Entry and then was transferred to being the HR Administrative Assistant. I gained so much from this job."

What don't you like about working at Von Hoffman Press?

"I was taken advantage of my skills and dedication to the job. I found myself gaining more and more tasks (that were others jobs). I am a believer in giving 110%, but I'm also a believer that everyone has a job on the team to make it successful and everyone should pull their weight."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you want to keep those who are good workers and dedicated then make sure you do not over pile them with more work than what is needed. They will do it because they are good workers and dedicated to the job. However, they will not do it for long because they will eventually get burnt out on pulling other's weight."
