"Pay is good, work is challenging. Office is well lit, and my commute is short (15-20 min)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They will eventually hire contractors if you stick around long enough (3 or 4 years). Until then you have to stick it out."

What don't you like about working at Volvo?

"Being a contractor sucks. Health benefits and vacations are low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people direct. People who have a vested interest are more likely to stick around. People who stick around anyway either have other reasons for being there (family, home, etc.) or they are not ambitious enough to find another job."

"Avoid this company. If you do interview, believe little if anything you may be told. For 20 years VPNA has an exceptionally high personnel turn over due to their management and work environment."

"Layers of management in the US and Sweden that ranged from incompetent to in some cases corrupt."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"VPNA management has ignored suggestions for the past 20 years, and on numerous occasions terminated employees who made them."

"Great environment. The culture really encourages people be leaders. Opportunities are given to those who express interest even with limited experience."

"Very limited view of marketing. If you are in finance, this is the place to be."

"Expand your idea of marketing so you can drive new opportunities."
