"Upper management seems legit. In my department, it's a clown show. Lots of meaningless meetings to kill time that our team desperately needs to get an unscalable amount of work done. Our direct manager is all over the place, saying something one day and then forgetting he/she said it by the next. No real support from him/her. The coworkers are great, but there is a feeling of perpetual defeatism as the workload consistently outweighs the team's capacity. Constantly set up to fail."
