"It's all about perspective, and this company doesn't really have any vision or any drive to change for that matter. It really depends on what team you're put on, but I felt like mine was incredibly fake and superficial. Management is nonexistent, quality is laughable, its an appearance driven environment where preserving the status quo is prioritized above any quality work. With that and mind, there are positives, work-life balance is good, and the coworkers here are very smart and talented. They just aren't enabled or encouraged to do the best job that they can be doing. My advice is to manage, would rethink the people you have in leadership positions, and challenge some of these old and outdated conventions."
