"As an independent government contractor, what I like is the cordial professional working relationship between contractors, fulltime employees and the management"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If the company still hires independent contractor for most of their television broadcast operation jobs ask for how long the contract would run and if the contract can be renewed after the first term."

What don't you like about working at Voice of America?

"As a contractor, what I dont like is not being able to share the fulfillment of these working and professional relationship permanently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a federal government operation governed by a board of directors my suggestions would have been to the board not to eliminate independent contractors for their jobs are vital too."
