"Politically charged"

What do you like about working at Visiting Nurse Associations of America?

"Near Penn Station and the project work did not require more than 40 hours of onsite presence or weekend or evening work. Some of the co-workers were nice."

What don't you like about working at Visiting Nurse Associations of America?

"Lack of good leadership and control especially VNS CHOICE. There were numerous systems that were currently in use with home grown applications. The over all work atmosphere was old fashioned and did not inspire growth or improvement. Highly political. Lack of cooperation in the upper management. You have to wait six months for vacation and if you leave during that time you lose it all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to inspire growth setting personal agenda aside."
