Management doesn't care about employees and people are hired and laid off too often. Don't leave your job to join this company. In most of the cases you will last less than a year. Company is struggling and it will not be a surprise if it's sold in the next few months."

What do you like about working at VMR Products?

"I loved it. The company was growing and needed someone to make some dramatic changes quickly and effectively. I got to build an amazing team and get out goals accomplished. I did get a stock bonus and profit sharing but I don't know the amounts off hand."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know your job, be confident and honest and have passion for what you do."

What don't you like about working at VMR Products?

"After about 6 months I didn't feel challenged. I still work with the company as a consultant just not a full time employee."
