What don't you like about working at VLOC?
"There is alot of math & science involved, which I did not know about when I accepted the position. But while I have learned the work, I do not enjoy it. I felt the company could have been more forthcoming about the type of work that was expected. In addition, I am discouraged from speaking with customers & developing customer relations is one of my strengths, so this is extremely frustrating for me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should foster more CI & Lean functions. In addition, there should be less focus on the time clock & more focus on the job performed"
