"Vivial is a good company. They used to be called the Berry company, an over 100-year-old company selling phonebook ads. Somewhere around 2015, Vivial started to make a big push to go into digital marketing. Acquiring a company call LocaVox, MGage, and others. If you are looking for a long-term career in Sales Vivial might be the place for you but if you want to find a career in digital marketing then Vivial is a good starting place. The biggest issue with Vivial is upper management has been doing phonebook ads for 30 years and only digital marketing for just a few years. They are figuring things out as they go. I think once you are there for a couple of years you will start to pick up on this as you learn more about digital marketing. "Pros: Cutting edge tech, unlimited commissions, hours are great, weekends off, paid holidays. Every company has issues, just remember when you read other's reviews that there are 2 sides to every story. I've never seen or heard harassment. I've never seen a co-worker on the street selling to the guy on the corner. Is everyone aggressive-YES? Do we get burned by bad deals and people that don't pay at times-SURE. Management will look at the whole picture before passing judgement. Please be an adult and act like a grown up if you want to work here. Cons: Print is evolving, they will continue to change with the times. Just be prepared to sell it/defend it until then. It's NOT EASY. So if you want to show up 8 to 5 and COAST you've come to the wrong place. If you want to fake appointments to get out of the office, fake calls to make your dials look better-THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU."
