"I made Facebook apps in Ruby on Rails. That was pretty awesome."

"Be careful. They're not sure who they are yet. There is potential to make a name for yourself, but you'll have to be a shark to pull it off."
What don't you like about working at Vitrue?
"The company structure was not well thought out. My entire team was being phased out. I left when I saw this happening. My friend stayed. They layed him off a few months later. Poor planning on Vitrue's part. Sad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Use your existing resources more efficiently. Stop hiring. You don't need more people. You need to work smarter."
