"I heard the Owner/CEO sold his company, hoping the new management will have a better chance to bring this company to the next level. They do have an excellent product and overall business solution but unfortunately the after sales and customer services was not appreciated by over 75% of their customer based. Focus was on sales only without much concerns for customer services. Excellent ERP software product for the fashion industry, but customer were left on their own to deal with it after the implementation. I’m hoping the new management will solve these issues."
