"Pros - all employees are full time unless you get acomedation made for your shedule with upper management. Cost - Physical work, and health can be impacted in the long term due to lacquer and other chemicals use daily in shop. Doesn't promote healthy practices for employers regarding lacquers. No proper training, learn as you go."

What do you like about working at Vista Paint?

"I really enjoyed the lasting friendships that I made while there. Many of the people that I worked with and even a majority of the customers are still dear friends of mine. I also really enjoyed all of th knowledge that I was able to attain while there. I was constantly learning about new products, contracting, and the inner workings of both the retail and factory sides of a retail store."

What don't you like about working at Vista Paint?

"I think that every work environment has some sort of political nuance and Vista Paints was not an exception. While they politic within the company were nothing to what I would experience later in my professional career they were a little bothersome at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If there is anything that I can advise on from my experience with Vista Paints it would be to promote good qualities in the staff, lead by example, and throw tenure out the door."

"I really liked working at Vista because the management is willing to teach. I learned a lot while employed at Vista Paints."

"Its not easy work, it can be stressful at times, and egos are everywhere. You can learn a lot there though, and once you do get ready to climb the career ladder."

"Really nothing, I have days when I miss working there."

"Really nothing they are trained pretty well before they are even considered for management positions."
