"The company made the very assurance during the hiring process that I was in it for the "long haul". What they failed to mention is that the company itself may not be. There are having difficulty adapting to the changing world of higher education and their enrollment is suffering for it, meaning employees are in danger of losing their jobs."

"There is a high turnaround, it's a good job if you are only looking for temporary work. It's very frustrating working with anyone in the corporate office. It is a for-profit company that doesn't really care students or employees."

"The workload is ridiculous! The departments can not agree on anything. It's just a lot of work and not enough pay or recognition."

"I would start by evaluating all of my staff, starting with the directors who don't know what they are doing most of the time. Treat my employees fairly and review evaluations based on hard work and senority."
