"Great company! I do recommend. Retail optical sales, fun to be a general manager but a lot of work and conference calls."

"The downsizing of my last company is the reason I got laid off. The new CEO of the company took over in 2017 and immediate cuts and bigger profits became a bigger priority. A lot of research went to the customer experience and trying to improve there, the lack of their office visit, getting new equipment, high employee turnover and workload per shift for the employee has been completely ignored."
