"With the arrival of a new boss it was difficult to communicate with him. Not only that, he was untrusting and wouldn't allow communication with other staff outside of the department."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most of the top managers have been replaced and I don't know what to tell them. They need to be less corporate!!"
