"I liked being able to experience and learn about so many different types of business structures. Working as a consultant allowed me a lot flexibility in choosing the direction I wanted to take my I.T. career."

"If you wish to start up your own consulting company be sure to stay focused on the type work that you want and are able to accomplish and kindly refuse any work that doesn't meet with your expertise."
What don't you like about working at Vision Systems and Technology?
"In addition to being a top notch I.T. expert, you will also need to be a very good tax manager, accounts receivable clerk and publicist. There is very little time for a personal life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Being that I was the management, I would have to tell myself to never get stressed over any situation. Regardless of the predicament, you need to stay in control and focus on your solution."
