"Negotiate well and ask others already working here what they think. You will get an honest answer. Overall it is a typical work environment in today's economy but it used to be a great entity so some are still sore about the loss of its uniqueness."

What don't you like about working at Vision Solutions?

"Morale is very low as a Vision took over Double-Take. To make matters worse, they appeal with public statements that they care about morale but in practice they don't take care of the items that are most important to the local culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start listening to your employees, they have valid concerns and reasonable requests, otherwise more will leave."
